This allows my entries to make me seem insane.
But I really am insane....whatever.

I was going to devote this paragraph to how school is going. But I'm
not even sure how I feel about it.It's this strange feeling when as
soon as I get home I wish I wasn't going the next day, but at the end
of the day I'm glad I went.

I've been very bothered lately
by the fact that I apparently make no attempt to go out of my way and
talk to someone outside of school. The only way I communicate with
people is through Myspace. Ashlyn is the only person I talk to on the
telephone. Slowly but surely I'm turning into a hermit. & I'm not
sure if it's because I feel like I should be alone, and I'm going
through some weird teenage phase or if I'm just used to being home
alone so much that it's what feels natural to me. It's so weird. I read
& watch movies and that's the only reason I know what being a
teenager is like, observation.
Erm...nothing else really interesting is going on. I left the house three days & three nights now. I'm proud of myself.

1. Shakespeare makes much more sense when read aloud, even if you are the one reading all of the parts.

2.
It is always good to reward yourself with reading something teenager-y
and gossip-y after reading something difficult to get through. (Such a, "Feeling Sorry for Celia" which is wonderful)

3. Your accent sounds even more British when you are from this particular <s>city</s> town & have a cold.

4.
You find yourself using a fake British accent every now and again while
reading Shakespeare out loud, without even making the concious decision
to do so.

5. Driver's Ed + Homework = the Devil

6. It's OK to fall asleep in class if you have a friend to sit behind you and poke you when you start twitching/drooling

7. OPTIONAL PROJECTS ARE THE DEVIL.

8.
SHAKESPEARE WILL NOT LEAVE YOU ALONE. We are almost done with
Shakespeare in English & then we study him in History. Darling
Billy, please do not stalk me. I bought your complete works, isn't that
enough for one year?

9. Applications are also the devil. This is not directly related to school, but it has to do with paperwork...so..yeah.

10. Do not try to make your computer work faster. It will never ever work. Ever. Give up now.

. The end.

They don't do their homework, but instead they analyze old British
literature online (mixture of old and new) while on a glorious sugar
high consisting of sugar cube gum, iced tea, a french vanilla moolatte,
a hastily gulped Red Bull, and really sour pink lemonade & making
layouts for Ashlyn & recovering from a long-lived riverdance that
makes their legs hurt & listening to any song from any musical they
can think of while wearing a pretty rad hat.

That's what the cool kids do.

Mmkay, so I saw West Side Story before I read "Romeo & Juliet" (in
fact we're still not done) and the only character I liked in the whole
damn movie was Riff. K? K. For those of you who do not know, I'll spoil
it: RIFF DIES. K? K. Dissapointment.

I did not realize this until today, but Mercutio is Riff's counterpart
since West Side Story is based on Romeo & Juliet. Well, Mercutio
obviously dies too. Mercutio = the only character I like out of Romeo
& Juliet. Double dissapointment. Woah.

Just thought you should know that, because I'm feeling really random.

Erm...what else?

I GOT ADVENT CHILDREN. FINALLY. YAY. It's pretty awesome, & I'm not
done with the special features yet but I'm keeping a list of the things
I thought about it throughout (except the beginning of the movie
because I was too busy drooling and disbelieving) and I'll post them
soon...
